Should a team need to forfeit, the team can do so without penalty provided the team notifies Basketball Innovations in writing via email or on Facebook Meta by 10 am on the Monday prior to the Saturday of the game.

Notification after this time will incur a penalty. The penalty applied will increase the later the forfeit notification is given.
