As of 5 December 2020, it is mandatory for Basketball Innovations and Craigie Leisure Centre to collect contact details of patrons. This contact register will help the Department of Health with COVID-19 contact tracing. Records are required to be kept for 28 days for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing only and will be destroyed after this time.

Craigie Leisure Centre will have QR codes throughout the facility for people to scan using the SafeWA app to register their attendance. You can use these if you have the App or use our Manual Register which will be located at the table in the corridor in front of the noticeboard.

As there will large numbers of people arriving at near the commencement of each timeslot, it is recommended you arrive 10-20 minutes prior to your game to avoid delays.

Please do do not invite spectators except immediate family as there are number restrictions proscribed by the Department Of Health for each court
