It is with great sadness that I post this message to let all Basketball Innovations people know of the passing of one of the great men of this competition. Those who have been with us for the journey will remember Rex as a coach, court manager and general helper around the competition. .Rex was more than just this. He was a friend to everyone. he was always there to listen to people and help them with his pearls of wisdom. Rex was actively involved in Basketball Innovations Competition from 1997-2015. Unfortunately Rex had to give up helping out on Saturdays after 2015 due to poor health. The staff and players of the competition send their condolences to Rex’s family, wife Kaye, daughter Krystal and son Joseph who also have been involved in the competition. Rest In Peace Rex you good and faithful servant. For those wishing to attend Rex’s funeral, this will be held on Friday 17th July 2020 at 3 pm at Karfrakatta Cemetery.
