WE ARE MOVING TO CRAIGIE IN 2020 NEWS UPDATE

The Next Season will start 1 Feb 2020

As our present venue will no longer be available for hire on Saturday afternoons we will be moving to the Craigie Leisure Centre 751 Whitfords Avenue Craigie (near the corner of Whitfords Avenue and the Mitchell Freeway) for the 2020 Autumn Season.

Craigie Leisure Centre is the nearest suitable venue to our present centre in terms of location, number of courts, hire costs and availability. For many of you this relocation means less travelling time, but for those who need to travel further, increases in travelling time will be at the most 15 minute minutes. As there is a junior competition utilising the courts on Saturdays, WE WILL BE STARTING AT 2 PM AND FINISHING AT 6.35 PM. Games will continue to consist of 2 x 25 minute halves.

The move to Craigie Leisure Centre has many positives such as:
1. Game costs/fees will remain unchanged from 2019.
2. The four courts are close together and have sprung timber
floors.
3. Scoreboards on all the courts work and are centrally
controlled.
4. Facilities including a pool, gym and large café.
5. Easy access to parking with no other major sporting venues
nearby.
